As the proud manager of Coldwell Banker’s Pacific Heights office, Kelly works with the most successful and professional team of independent Sales Associates in San Francisco. She has been in the real estate industry since 2004. Prior to this, she worked in the corporate securities industry for ten years as both an attorney and investment banker. In those professions, she negotiated and priced transactions for technology start-ups and multi-billion dollar public companies.
Today, Kelly uses her fundamental skills of contract negotiation and comparable analysis to help Sales Associates achieve top dollar for their properties and help buyers secure the property of their dreams without leaving money on the table. She is driven by the success and satisfaction of both the Sales Associates and their clients.
A native Californian, Kelly grew up in Tiburon when the downtown still had warehouses, an old train track and rickety piers to climb. She attended Cornell University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following two years of working at a boutique investment bank in Manhattan specializing in REITs, she attended the University of Iowa, College of Law where she was an Editor of Law Review. A resident of San Francisco for the past 21 years, she worked at top Bay Area firms prior to joining the real estate profession, namely, Gary Cray Ware and Friedenrich, Thelen Reid and Priest, and JP Morgan H and Q (formerly Hambrecht and Quist). She is happy to be associated with Coldwell Banker, an equally distinguished firm.
Currently, she sits on the Board of Governors of the San Francisco Symphony and is the Chair of its Volunteer Council as well as a member of its Executive Committee. In her free time she likes to travel, ski, cook, golf with her husband, Frank, swing with her daughters Kate and Keira and take long walks with her Welsh Corgi, Shane.
